Tesamorelin (10mg – 20mg)

Tesamorelin is a synthetic growth hormone – releasing hormone analog, mainly used to treat HIV – related lipodystrophy syndrome, particularly visceral fat reduction. It mimics natural growth hormone – releasing hormone, stimulating the anterior pituitary to release growth hormone, which then boosts insulin – like growth factor 1 levels, exerting various physiological effects. In fat metabolism, it promotes lipolysis and reduces visceral fat, alleviating abdominal fat accumulation in affected patients.
