PEG MGF (10mg)

PEG MGF (also known as Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor or PEG-IGF-1Ec) is a synthetic, pegylated peptide derived from the C-terminal domain of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), specifically the Mechano Growth Factor (MGF) isoform, with polyethylene glycol (PEG) attached to extend its half-life and systemic stability. This modification allows PEG MGF to remain active in circulation longer than native MGF.
PEG MGF is studied in laboratory models for its interaction with satellite cells in skeletal muscle tissue, where it may promote cell proliferation, differentiation, and fusion processes in vitro or in preclinical settings.
